Take on the mountain at the first-ever Lemurian Trail Run at Mt. Shasta Ski Park. Featuring multiple course options, scenic climbs, flowing descents, and incredible views, this summer trail run is built for both seasoned runners and first-time racers looking for an unforgettable day on the mountain.

Race Day Experience

The Lemurian Trail Run takes place during our first Community Day of the summer, creating a relaxed, welcoming mountain atmosphere. Scenic chairlift rides, yard games, food, and the bar will be open throughout the day, making it easy to turn race day into a full day at the mountain for runners, friends, and family.

The race will be professionally timed, with clearly marked courses and fully supported aid stations.

Course Options

4 Mile Course — Marmot Peak

A beginner-friendly course that climbs to the top of Marmot before descending back to the base area. Perfect for first-time trail runners looking for a fun and rewarding mountain experience.

7 Mile Course — Marmot + Douglas

This intermediate course combines climbs to both Marmot and Douglas, featuring a mix of mountain terrain, scenic views, and longer descents. A great option for runners looking for a balanced challenge.

15 Mile Course — Full Mountain Challenge

The ultimate Lemurian Trail Run experience, covering Marmot, Douglas, Coyote, and Grey Butte with 3,500 feet of elevation gain. Expect sustained climbs, rewarding descents, and panoramic views across the mountain at Mt. Shasta Ski Park.
