OTHER METHODS TO PURCHASE YOUR SEASON PASS
IN PERSON
You can purchase your pass at the downtown office Monday thru Friday, 8 am – 4 pm
BY FAX OR MAIL
- Download (or request one from our office) & complete a SEASON PASS ORDER FORM.
- Download (or request a copy form our office) & ACCEPT the conditions of the LIABILITY RELEASE, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of RISK and HAZARDS and AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE – SEASON PASS CONDITIONS of ISSUANCE AND AGREEMENT FORM.
- Return the PASS ORDER FROM and LIABILITY RELEASE by faxing to (530)-926-8607 or by mail to Mt. Shasta Ski Park, 104 Siskiyou Ave, Mt. Shasta, CA. 96067.
Acrobat Reader is needed to view and print PDF documents on the Mt. Shasta Ski Park website. Complete instructions for downloading and installing the Reader are available from the Acrobat Reader website.

HIGH SCHOOL SKI TEAM SEASON PASS INFORMATION
Below are the Order Forms and Liability Releases for racer and coach season passes.
Coaches please print out the forms and fill out one per racer and coach. Also one Liability Release needs to be filled out per racer and coach. The Liability Release needs to be signed by a parent or legal guardian if the coach or racer are under the age of 18.
