About Your Pass
Pass Protection Program
We guarantee a 60-day ski season. For each day short of 60 days, we will offer 1.67% per day rollover credit to be used in the following ski season.
This will protect you if we are not able to maintain 60 operational days for our 24/25 season.

Other Passes
5 Day Pass
Perfect for your holiday vacation! This pass allows the pass holder 5 days throughout the season. This means you can use it 5 days in a row on your vacation, or a day here and there. No black-out dates. The pass is assigned to a single individual.
*2024-25 Season will be available starting November 24th.

Indy Pass Add-On
The 25/26 Indy Add-On Pass is now on sale. As a Mt. Shasta Ski Park passholder, you have the option to supercharge your pass with Indy’s Add-On Pass providing 2 days of skiing/riding each at 250+ resorts across the globe, all for a fraction of the price. This is the last sale of the year so grab yours before it’s gone.
College Pass - Starting August 1st.
Attending an accredited college with 9 units or more? Once purchased, you will receive a request to upload the verification documents, once approved by our staff, your pass will be activated.
Family Pass
This pass covers two adults/parent guardians, and any amount of minors under the age of 18 in the household. Whole family coverage is subject to approval. Please call for details, qualifications and to purchase. Families will receive 10% off their entire season pass purchase. Only valid with 3 or more Kids. *Family passes aren’t valid with payment plans.
How will I get my season pass?
If you had a season pass or purchased a lift ticket last season, your pass for the 2025/26 season will automatically reload to that RFID card.
If you do not already have an RFID card from last season, you can pick up your pass at the ticket window when we open for the season or at any of our pass pick-up events.
All guests need to upload a photo to their account for their pass to be valid.
Here are our guidelines for season pass photos:
Color images only
No filters
No sunglasses
No nudity
No props
Only one person per photo
Look straight ahead with a natural expression
Use a plain background
Use high-resolution images
Upload one photo per pass-holder
Not following these guidelines means your pass photo will be rejected.
If you uploaded a photo to your account last season, it will work as long as it follows the above guidelines, and you do not look vastly different. For example, under the age of 18 needs a new photo.
