Ticket sales are set at a limited capacity, you can purchase online or in person, however, if we are at capacity no sales online or in-person will be available.

Tips, Tricks, and FAQs
In order to expedite the fitting process for you and your children, please have your Height, Weight, and Shoe Size ready (please specify Standard or Wide Width).
Only full-day rentals are available online. Half-day reservations can be made during week days, in person.
For multi-day rentals, book a single day online and inform the rental staff you’d like to extend your booking upon arrival to receive a discounted rate.
Due to manufacturer’s certification, we cannot pair our boots to your skis.
We do not rent clothing or goggles, but they can be purchased in our retail shop located next door to the rental shop.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, strict cleaning and sanitation protocols will be followed throughout the check-out and check-in process.
Refund Policy:
Online purchases are refundable and/or transferable 10 or more days before the arrival date. Online purchases can be transferred to a future date or another person 4 to 9 days before the arrival date. Online purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable 0 to 3 days before the arrival date. Mt. Shasta Ski Park reserves the right to change operation dates and times at their own discretion due to conditions. If the park is closed due to unforeseeable events, it is at the discretion of the Mt Shasta Ski Park to transfer or refund the lift ticket. By adding this item to the cart and purchasing the product, the individual(s) agree to this statement.
Liability Waiver
All guests renting equipment or taking a lesson are required to complete a Liability Waiver. If a parent or guardian will not be in attendance with a participating minor, please sign this form in advance and bring it to the mountain.
