Refund Policy: Online purchases are refundable and/or transferable 10 or more days before the arrival date. Online purchases can be transferred to a future date or another person 4 to 9 days before the arrival date. Online purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable 0 to 3 days before the arrival date. Mt. Shasta Ski Park reserves the right to change operation dates and times at their own discretion due to conditions. If the park is closed due to unforeseeable events, it is at the discretion of the Mt Shasta Ski Park to transfer or refund the lift ticket.
